This tool is very powerful and used for retargeting ads on person who shows interest in your ad campaigns.
Eg: A person watch your video ads 25% means retarget him/her from where he/she left.They may show interest and end up in purchase.

- Audience size = for known countries keep it to 1.for unknown countries like china, japan, hong-kong keep it to 4–5 inorder to reach more specific audience.
